National Night Out in Nixon

The city of Nixon and the Nixon Police Department will host National Night Out on Tuesday, Oct. 5, from 5-9 p.m. The event — promoting community relationships between the public and first responders, law enforcement, and emergency services, and to raise awareness for public safety — will take place at the City of Nixon Event Center, 302 North Central Ave., in Nixon.
